Beautiful Card Designs Made Easy

Card Class Contribution ...

Hi Everybody,

In one of my  card classes I set my ladies the task of creating some flowers from Spellbinders dies and to bring them to  a class for us to make up into cards.

They did very well and both arrived armed with pretty flowers in different colors.

The dies used were Bitty Blossoms, Aster Topper and the Spiral Blossom  One & Three  Dies

The flowers have  glitter on them for added sparkle from Glitter Magic

So these are the cards that were produced at the class and both ladies went away again today pleased with their makes.

The verses on both cards are from Crafters Companion and are part of the Sentimentals Range   They have been stamped and embossed and added to frames again created with Spellbinders

Each of these is a very pretty card and both ladies are doing really well and this is something we all look forward to each session.

More tomorrow ...

Hugs xx

  7. hi Christina
those are very pretty cards. I have a question to ask--- should I use paper or card stock to make the flowers? I have some of those dies but my flowers always looks a bit stiff. Do you have any suggestions for me? big hugs

  15. Good afternoon Christina. I've been a follower of your blog for a while now but this is the first time I've left a comment. Firstly can I say I thoroughly enjoyed your show on C&C (wonderful demonstrations) and how nice it was to see you "in person" as opposed to just your hands (lol). Secondly, your students cards are just beautiful, so congratulations to them. Thank you for all the inspiration. Enjoy the rest of your day.

  21. Hi Christina
Lovely cards that your ladies have made, they are a credit to you.
Missed your show yesterday but I did record it just in case. I have seen a bit this morning and you did great. I'm glad that we will be seeing more of you, than just your hands. Sound like you are stripping doesn't it. But it was lovely to see you in the flesh so to speak. I have recorded all of the spellbinders shows, so will be seeing a lot more of your creations on the tele.

  25. Both cards are absolutely gorgeous. Your ladies did fantastic jobs on their flowers..as well as the rest of the cards. It's hard to tell from these two cards, which one was made by the lady who prefers the bolder colors and which the more muted. Stunning cards! You must be very proud of your pupils, Christina.
