Stencilled Rainbow Butterflies

Hi Everybody,

Today I have another really pretty card for you using the "Christina Collection"

This one is using the stencil to create some rainbow coloured butterflies.

I have used other elements from the collection too and I am really pleased with the result

The video will take you through the steps to create this card for your self and it's not too long.

I have used Distress Oxides as I like the chalky look they give once they are dry and they dry lighter than you think.

I hope you enjoy this technique and will give it a try

Because the card is relatively flat I have stencilled onto an envelope to bring them together.

More tomorrow ...

Hugs xx

  1. Morning Christina, a very very pretty card love the idea of sweeping the colours over the card and the larger layering piece very effective.

  9. A really lovely card! I love that you have multiple stencils for your butterflies. The affect is so pretty with the silver embossing powder.

  10. Hi Christina
A very pretty card. I have only just watched the video but it was well worth the wait. A very good technique to try and I shall definitely be having a go as I have the stencil set. Thank you for showing us.
    Best wishes
