Fancy Lattice ...

Hi Everybody,

For this card I have used the combination of white and cream Centura Pearl again and the background is another of the extendable patterns from Spellbinders.

This is the Fancy Lattice and it can sometimes be a bit awkward to cut.

But should you have a problem with it just slide it to one side of your cutting plate and run it through again.

Turning the die a quarter turn can also help it to cut

The inside of the card is embossed with one of the new A4 folders from Crafters Companion  and it is called Picnic Plaid

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts  and I have used just five to create the display.

The wide satin ribbon is from Mei Flower and I have tied it in a double bow.

Let the video show you how I made this pretty card.

This is the list of the dies I have used but shop around for the best deal you can get on prices.

And collect Spellbinders with discerning eye as you build up your collection.  Make sure you can get a lot of use from any one die in lots of different ways.

More tomorrow ...

Hugs xx

  2. I find that using waxed paper and or a metal adapter plate works wonders for easy removeal of paper from dies. The card is beautiful Chistina - I do love anything using lattice.

  7. Christina, I just finished watching your webinar and have downloaded one of your Floral-Doodle ebooks which I have used many times to make cards especially for my mom who has dementia. She loves getting cards to keep in her room. You have taught me so many things. I am a beginner in card making and I have a very low budget but I make everything in my supplies go so much further with your tips. Thank you for all your beautiful cards! Jane
