Todays card is another pretty in pink creation but this one has the Hatpin pushed into the corsage.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and have the added glitter from Glitter Magic.
The diamante teardrops are from Want2Scrap and they blend with the diamnate in the hatpin.
The hatpins and end protectors are from the Sparkles Group ... they are in gold and silver, different sizes and if you add the code CG05 you will get a discount at the checkout.
I have left the protector on the pin for the recipient to remove and wear.
This is the finished card and I have used the butterflies from the Les Papillion set.
The ribbon is from my "Stash"
The pink lace under the ribbon is from a bouquet of flowers that I got for my birthday ... frugal crafter wastes nothing !!
The verse is from a set by Crafters Companion and there are lots of lovely sentiments in the sets.
The papers I have used are free with the March magazine from Tattered Lace
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx

Another beautiful card as usual. It makes me want to go into my craft room and start card making but unfortunately I have to go to work. Boo😢. X
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card and the hatpin really makes it so special. I hoard all the bits and pieces of ribbon and lace that I find, even the narrow ribbon on the shoulders of the clothes I buy.

The hatpin really sets off the flower arrangement. Very pretty in pink.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Christina, I love the hat pin, reminds me of the times I really used the hat pins for the purpose of keeping my hat from blowing off, I still have them and a couple of my Grandmothers. I still have lots of hats, however I don't wear them anymore, I'd like to but someone would think I was from otter space.
ReplyDeleteOh HOW I wish that I could make cards like these xx
