The card I am showing you today is from the Spellbinders 2014 catalog and I have linked to the Spellbinders website to show you photos of the dies
They are to show you what you will get in the set and this one is beautiful ... shop around for the best price in your country
The background is an embossing folder called Diamond Fleur De Lys and it is very deep with a lovely edge to it.
The large top panel is Fleur De Elegance and there are three dies in the set ... all pictured.
I have teamed it up with yellow ribbon and some pretty yellow flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
Now yellow is not one of my go to colors but I think this card turned out just fine
The card is the hinged card style and has been lined to match the front.
Hope you like ...
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx

ReplyDeleteOh this is just gorgeous Christina. The dies look to die for and I am trying so hard not to spend too much on craft. Here is me that pastel person drooling over that yellow ribbon too.

Ooh, Christina, I love this one. The yellow ribbon is the star for me, it really brings the card alive. Another winner :)
ReplyDeleteOooooo new dies. This card is gorgeous as are all of your cards.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a yellow person either, but you made it very pretty.
ReplyDeleteThe colors are so lemon meringue pie. I don't usually love yellow (because I have to wear hi-vis yellow for work) but this is so zesty and fresh looking that you can't help but love it. Another gorgeous card Christina. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteThe ribbon doesn't show up as a nice yellow on my screen (more of a green). Must be pretty when you are looking at the actual card. Love the way you have crossed the ribbon on your card. Looking forward to seeing the new dies.
ReplyDeleteLove the new dies!
ReplyDeleteWow,gorgeous sunny card Christina! Ann.x

That yellow gives the card a real zing.
ReplyDeleteit was good to see this card as for a long time I have had a large reel of this colour yellow. It is not made of a material to make ribbons, it is about an inch wide and I never knew what to do with it until I saw your card. Pleased to see it can be used as wrap around we. Thank you Christine for a good idea. Diana Lawton
