Wednesday Card Class

Hi Everybody,

Just a quick post to show you what my ladies made yesterday to compliment the card they created a couple of weeks ago.

Neither of them had made boxes before and so this was quite a change for us.
But they have both produced something to be proud of  that matches their cards beautifully.

We used the same die for the box lid that we had used to create the card and it is  Seville from Sue Wilson  Spanish Collection .. available from JGD Crafts

The flowers are a selection from Wild Orchid Crafts and both ladies love these flowers as much as I do

And of course by now they are also used to adding sparkle to their blooms with Glitter Magic

At the end of the class we had a little spare time and so we played with some shaving foam in preparation for the next class when we will make a card using the unique paper that they have produced.

Watch this space

More tomorrow ...

Hugs xx

What a stunning creation your ladies have made. How lucky they are to have a lesson with you in the flesh so to speak.

  4. Hi Christina how beautiful are those cards and boxes, that would be more like getting a gift than a card, that die is simply gorgeous together with the ribbons and flowers altogether stunning. Bet Brenda and Mary chuffed with them.

  15. Hi Christina, you must be so proud of your two pupils, they're coming along in leaps and bounds aren't they. I've got this die and tried to make the box to match the card, it worked but I have to say it wasn't a patch on these two. Well done, ladies, you've got a great teacher x

  21. Christina, have been complimenting cards with boxes for about a yr now, which gives an elegant package. The only size was a2. What are the measurements for a 5x7. Can not get that one right.
Thank you in advance for responding.
