For todays offering I am using not water colours but Alcohol Marker pens. And I thought I would share with you the video that was done with Spectrum Noir quite some time ago.
It was added to The Art Studio before they went off line and it uses the older pen sets but it seems such a shame to waste this as I know that many of you have the older style pens and use them regularly
The image is from Just Inklined and is on the CD The Next Big Thing
I know that many of you have this CD even though this is now difficult to get hold of.
But there will be other images that you have that may need to be coloured with thiese shades and so I hope you will put this to good use
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx
Morning Christina, what great colouring it looks so natural and furry as you say a lot of us have the old pens I invested in all the promarkers when they came out and don't do enough colouring to justify updating so I make do with these. Thanks for a great tutorial really enjoyed it.

ReplyDeletethanks Christina, I have purchased those pens but not really put them to as much use as I should. So, guess what? I am now going to really have fun using your ideas from this video, gratefully yours, Lyn

Hi Christina,
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little puppy and you really brought him to life with your colouring. I've now got a couple of sets of SN pens so I think I can have a try at the technique...even if the animal turns out to be a strange colour lol

Nice video! Thank You!
ReplyDeleteHi Christina
ReplyDeleteYou make it look so easy. I will have to try expanding to spectrum noir as I only colour with pencils at the moment. The little pooch is so cute. Thanks for the video.
