Hi Everybody,
I know this is usually a Friday Freebie and I still have magazines and gifts to give away. But for some reason my computer will not allow me to upload the photos of the Give Aways and so I am at a loss at the moment as to how to solve the problem.
So instead I am up loading another video staying with the Channel Cards and I hope this will make amends for no give away this week.
I hope to have it sorted just as soon as I can but I am not a PC wizard and they do tend to scare me and confuse me at times ... so please bear with me for now
I know I have added photo of this card before but I can't find the video on the blog so here it is now for you to view and I hope you will enjoy it.
Fingers crossed that I can sort out my problem before next Friday and if I can't
I will need a new paddle !!!
And if anybody has any ideas on how to upload photos from an SD card to the PC please let me know
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx
Lovely card, looking forward to watching your video later.

Technology is fantastic when it works well:-)
ReplyDeleteThe butterflies are wonderful.
A very pretty card and video - lovely to see anyway Christina.
ReplyDeleteRegarding loading photos to your computer - I guess it depends on whether you use a Mac or a Windows PC. I suspect they handle things differently.
We have a windows PC and use a USB card reader (it handles all sorts of memory cards). When you push the SD card into it, the PC treats the SD card similarly to a CD or other removable drive. You can then drag and drop files from the "disk" onto the computer.
Good luck

A very pretty card. Shame about your tech problem - sorry can't help though
ReplyDeleteHi Christine, whilst it's a shame there is no photograph I found the video gave a better demonstration of the product. Loraine Long
ReplyDeleteStunning. You have made some lovely cards this week. Thanks for sharing and all the ideas that come with your videos. When I started cardmaking a few years ago, I always told my hubby that Christina is my mentor and I can still say that as I learn something new with every video. Thank you so much Hugs Lyn xxxx

Stunning card Christina, love the blue and white. I have a card reader, they are not expensive, just a few pounds I got mine from PC World. and I use it as my camera stopped uploading. Just do as Unknown does.

ReplyDeleteGood Evening Christina. Beautiful card today. Although I am not a computer expert I read Marie's comment and that is what I would have suggested. If your file is on an sd card .. You will have a port somewhere on your pc for it. Just load it in and find the files you need. I know it sound goggly goop but it's not. Good luck. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone.
ReplyDeletePLEASE STAY EXTRA SAFE EVERYONE 🙏 🙏 🙏
Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds

Morning Christina. A beautiful card and interesting video thank you. Xx
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely card, and a beautiful colour scheme.
ReplyDeleteRe uploading photos, a lot of us have been having problems recently. It seems to be an intermittent fault with Blogger, so the chances are there is absolutely nothing wrong with your PC. The only solution to the fault seems to be to keep trying until you catch it at a moment when the fault doesn't happen to be there.
ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful cards beautiful video wish you a nice weekend
love jacqueline
I hope you find out soon
I love channel cards - so elegant and beautiful, which this one is, with its delightful butterflies and gorgeous colour scheme ...
ReplyDeleteI can’t offer any assistance to your computer woes as I’m challenged in that area also. I do hope you get it resolved just because I know it’s something you’ll be worrying about until it’s resolved. Please don’t be concerned about the giveaway. You are so generous each week. Your card is lovely as is each additional card at the end of the video and I always enjoy your videos.
