This pretty Easel Card is created with the Happy Birthday Decorative Word die and all my collections are available at Craft Stash
The video shows you this easel card and I am sure that this is a style that many of you have tried and enjoyed.
If you are new to cardmaking then maybe this video can help you to see how they are made so that you can go on and try many more in your own developing style
It is never my intention to belittle anybody and yet someone on YouTube accused me of making her feel like a five year old back at school.
If I have ever made anybody feel that way I apologise profusely, that is not what my videos are about.
I deleted the negative comment from my channel as I didn't think it was justified.
Gorgeous card, please continue to makes your videos. We watch them because we like your cards and the inspiration they provide.

So sorry to hear this Christina, I love your videos, they are very helpful, if people don't like them, they should scroll by, and not leave hurtful comments! Good luck with your hip op. Karen Holmes
ReplyDeleteHi Christina, I am amazed that someone would leave a comment like that. I could say more but won't! I love your videos and I have learnt so much from you. I love your style of flowers, ribbons and pearls. Even though I don't often comment, I have been following you for a few years now, and have many of your CMM die sets. You are such an inspiration, to me and probably so many others. Thank you for sharing your talent. Best wishes from Australia..Christine
ReplyDeleteGood morning Christina. This is a great easel card. I am going to try this out. Don't have the same dies ... yet ... But I have others I can use.
ReplyDeleteI really don't know why some people feel the need to bad mouth others over the media. It must be that they are not strong enough to do face to face. I have never heard you say anything other than nice things ... You are always polite and So helpful.
Good luck today with the op Christina. Will be thinking about you. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone.
PLEASE STAY SAFE EVERYONE 🙏 🙏 🙏.
Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds.
Well, I for one, like the way you explain things and have often referred to your helpful videos for guidance. Keyboard warriors are a sign of the times, sadly !
ReplyDeleteI love your videos Christina, you are such an inspiration and always have been especially during lockdown and I would never have continued cardmaking if it weren’t for you. I even go back to your videos from years ago to make my favourite cards and wouldn’t be able to make them without following the video. I hope everything goes well today will be thinking of you. With love Anne Owens xxx

ReplyDeleteAnother very beautiful card Christina ❤
ReplyDeleteWhat is the matter with some people, I find you so very helpful in your video's and I have emailed you when I have wanted to ask you something and you have never made me feel like a five year old.
All I can say is keep up the fantastic work that you do Christina because your loyal followers appreciate everything you do 💕
Today is your day ... best wishes for a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteHi Christina,
ReplyDeleteI hope everything goes well today.
Unfortunately some people cannot stand other people trying to help and take delight in upsetting them and their followers, but don't stop doing your cards, or change the way in which you make your videos. By the way, today's card is a stunner.

I'm so sorry to hear of the negative comments sent to you. You are totally amazing and generous with your free advice to us all. And I'm happy to say I can finally buy your beautiful dies here in the US, and I have bought a ton of them! Keep up the great work, and best of luck with your upcoming surgical procedure!
ReplyDeleteI love your videos and learn so much from them. Thinking of you today and will keep you on my prayer list for a speedy recovery. MaryJean Smith
ReplyDeleteI've always enjoyed your videos and have learned a lot of helpful techniques. Take care and stay safe.
ReplyDeleteI continue to love the shape of these word dies and the size that allows you to create a card with a large focal point. It’s great that you included dies to cut multiple layers too. I like the crisp feel of the blue against the white and I really like that you created an easel card. I hope you create something similar for Christmas.

I think the person who made that comment is extremely rude and should realise there is a turn off button if they dont like what they see. As someone who has been card making for a few years now I love all your videos and they have taught me so much. I seem to learn more and get useful tips on so many. I feel really angry on your behalf.
ReplyDeleteBeen thinking of you today- hope the operation went well and that you're soon home and back to walking Ruby. Love and a hug xxx
Christina your videos are the way I learn and so many I copy as you are going along. They give me ideas and sometimes I tweek them a little to put my own spin on them. Please carry on doing a fantastic job to make lovely cards like this easel one. By now you will have had the op. Take it easy. Diana Lawton xxx

Hi Christina,
ReplyDeleteLovely cards and great video as always. The explanations and tips are always very useful.
For those who left hurtful comments: People, think before you post or say something AND remember the the golden rule If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all.
Hope your knee operation went smooth, Christina.
Stay safe and healthy.
Carmen
Hi Christina ~ Hope surgery went well today. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Big Hugs. xo
ReplyDeleteI agree with the above comments.
ReplyDeleteYour videos are always helpful, informative, creative and a joy to watch. If there are any parts that show techniques that some already know, then where is the harm in that?
The videos are a major help to those of us who are still learning.
Even when you think you know how to do something, it is always interesting to watch and hear someone-else's methods.
Good luck with your operation.
I (for one) am looking forward to more videos!
cheers
