Arrow Fold Card

 Hi Everybody,

This style of card has been around for a long time and some of the videos I have watched on how others make it are full of measurements.

Now there is nothing wrong with that but I get totally lost in sixteenths of an inch and seven eights, it leaves me completely numb.

So I came up with another way and this is the best way I can make this card, easily, and it suits me perfectly..

The finished result is so pretty and you can decorate this any way you wish. I of course had to add in the flowers and glitter, along with some pearls ... but no ribbons this time.
I hope you will give this a try and find it as easy as I did.

The video is not long but it will give you a better idea of the steps I took to make it.

It would suit any occasion and male or female, if you leave off the flowers. This is a single photo of one of the cards.
The first picture makes it look too complicated as there are three together in that one.

But whatever you make it for  have fun in the process.

More tomorrow ...

Hugs xx

  2. That’s my kind of crafting as well. Thank you for the video - smashing. I particularly liked the backing sound track of the seagulls - it’s refreshing for those of us who live in the middle of the country!!!

  13. You are going to have a great laugh at what I am about to tell you Christina, I thought that they were all one card and it looked very complicated, silly me but I am going to make the card.

  14. Thank you so much, Christina, for showing us how to make this card. Your instructions are so easy to follow and you make everything seem so simple. I'm definitely going to make this one. I have so many card packs..I need to start using them.
By the way, I thought the same thing, Rene from OZ. LOL I was wondering how that stack was made and what size it would be all folded up. I was trying to imagine what size envelope it would fit into. I agree, it looked so complicated. Even if it had been, I know Christina would've simplified it for us.

  16. What a beautiful card you made in the video - I so enjoyed watching. I don't generally make much use of all the papers I have in my stash, so I'm going to take some inspiration from you. xx
