It's me Ruby and it's ages since I was here for a chat. This is me sat in my favourite spot on the back of the sofa looking through the window.
I do, of course, bark at any body that dares to walk past my house. Just to let them know how fierce I am and dangerous to strangers. Don't I look it ???
I have been enjoying walks with my mum but just recently I have developed a lump on my shoulder.
My mum has had me to the vet and she said she doesn't think it is serious but as a precautionary measure it would be best to have it removed and checked.
So I will need an operation and then it will be sent to a laboratory for testing. We will have to wait for the results.
I feel fine and it doesn't stop me going out and running around or barking but I will let you know how I go on and the results. Wish me luck for the end of the month and my op.
Lots of love
Ruby xx
Great update from Ruby & I hope the operation goes ok.

ReplyDeleteHi Christina - Lovely to get a Ruby update . I hope all goes well for her. She certainly looks fine. I'm glad I'm not the only person with a little dog that spends time looking out of the window and barking at anyone or any dog that passes.! All good fun.
ReplyDeleteRuby I hope your visit to the vet goes well. Also that you will keep us all updated.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck Ruby. Remember to follow Dr's instructions and you'll do well. Take care and stay safe.

ReplyDeleteHello Precious Miss Ruby! It's sooooooo good to see you sitting so pretty and stately on the back of your sofa. Yes, it has been too long since we've been able to have a chat. We're going to have to get after Mum for that. I'm so glad you've been enjoying your outings and walks. Mum always takes you to such beautiful places to roam around. I'm glad you let us know about your development. It could be just a cyst or what they call a fatty deposit. We will keep our thoughts high and just know it won't be anything more serious than that. I will ask St. Francis ~ the Patron Saint of Animals, to keep an eye on you. And, of course, you will be in thought, always, for your operation. Thank you so much for the visit Little One. Big Hugs to You and your Mum. xo
ReplyDeletefeel better soon Ruby Arlene Fox

ReplyDeleteHello sweet Ruby, so lovely to hear from you again. As for being fierce- you look just too cute but barking at everyone may just do the trick. I am glad you are still enjoying your walks with your lovely mum. I hope all goes well with your operation and will be keeping everything crossed that everything is okay.

Dear Ruby: I'm so excited to hear another story about you, as I've missed them so much. I feel like I know you as your Mum describes your adventures with your "dog friend" and Mum's friend. Thank your Mum for taking you to the vet - prayers and hugs to you both.
ReplyDeleteLovely to get an update from Ruby. Fingers crossed for you regarding the removal of the lump. Hope it all goes smoothly. Keep on enjoying those fun walks with your mum.
