Todays card is another from the Victorian Collection and this one is Medallions Two
This whole collection of dies is so versatile and I run out of card before I run out of ideas on what to do with it
For this one I have layered up the dies in pink and white and then added one of the Victorian Tags
To the top of that I have used Sentiments Two and I use these type of sentiments a lot because my writing is not neat
They are handy to keep in a box on your work top ready for use.
The ribbon is from Mei Flower and is tied in a single bow
And there we have a very simple card created with just the die and some ribbon What could be quicker for that unexpected occasion.
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx

Good Morning Lydia. I've noticed your not a fan of bows on a card. May I ask what you would suggest using in their replacement?

This is the prettiest yet. Just love the pink too!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Christina, Another beautiful card, it's so hard to choose which dies to buy. As my mum used to say " if only I'd been born rich instead if beautiful" I wouldn't have this problem. Keep warm up there. X Ros
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Christina. I am using this die, same colours, decided to cut out the die in white then in a slightly darker pink, to off-set white behind the pink, this morning looked at the card. The top one is Orange!!!. Should have put my daylight lamp on! Daughter-in-law to be says it is striking, leave it on. Mmm.
ReplyDeleteLovely card Christina, I bought these dies after seeing you with them on C and C; I am so happy to see this card today. It reminded me that I have to get them out and have a play.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card, and looks easy to do, I love the bow on it.

ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty card. This Victorian collection is so versatile. Simply gorgeous.
Christina, it was your enthusiasm for this collection that encouraged me to look at and then purchase the whole set from Create and Craft. I haven't even come close to using the whole collection yet but what I have used, I love. I totally agree that they are so versatile and just changing the colours you use with them, gives a card a whole new look. Bravo to you for your insight in extracting the endless possibilities with these dies and thank you so much for encouraging your followers to put themselves in the position to be able to extend their own creativity with the Victorian Collection, whilst not forgetting the numerous other collections from this amazing people who are Spellbinders. I love your cards and love using my dies in all of my 'adult' cards and some of the children's cards. Thank you. xxx
