I have done a little video to show you what my craft room looks like now with the changes I have made and I am really pleased with the end results.
Having things like stamps and embossing folders more accessible means they will get used a whole lot more.
Plus I have put items that are the same in one container and labelled it so that I know exactly what is where when I want to use it.
I have done a lot of clearing out as well and now I have lots of stuff to donate or sell when I get some time to sort it all out.
The video is not long and so I hope you enjoy seeing what I have done and Ruby makes a guest appearance as well just to say Hello
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx
Good Morning Christina. Ohhhh what a fabulous room you have. And a great floor. I wonder how long it will stay this way lol. I envy you. I keep saying that I will have a clear out and throw stuff out I have had for years and never used. You know what I mean .... When you see stuff and think ... ooo must have that ... must have this. Then gets put in a drawer and forgotten about. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteSending hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them today PLEASE KEEP STAYING SAFE 🙏 🙏 🙏
Kind regards Ann Toppcards in Leeds

ReplyDeleteYour floor looks amazing. It will make sure a difference especially when you want to move your chair and the moveable unit. It's nice to have a peak at others' craft rooms and also to see that Ruby made an appearance as well. Stay safe and well. Kym
ReplyDeleteBeautiful craft room and an even more beautiful Ruby 😍
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing Christina xx
That's what I call a craft room !! I keep trying to sort mine out but then forget where I've put stuff 😁😁 .Enjoy it xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Christina & Ruby,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your craft room with me. I have a room that is a quarter of your space and it is so cluttered with stuff -- that it bothers me --- and stunts my creativity. You have a ton more than I do and there are no windows in that room -- how do you do it? Love the floor and got some ideas on how better to organize my dies and folders. Best of all I got to see Ruby in action...Oh my those eyes of hers -- could melt a million year old glacier! Thanks for sharing.
There are two windows in the room but because it is a loft they are sky light windows and let in a lot of light xx
Deletewhat a fun video. i love the new floor and how you have utilized so many containers for the space you have. hi to ruby too. good to see she has her own designated spot. quick funny for you. i'm on the otherside of the pond and when you mentioned lidl i thought it was the food store lidl that we have here. i think you first mentioned it when you were talking about brushes. i hurried over and lo and behold, they thought i was nuts looking for craft supplies there. fun video thanks.
ReplyDeleteI did mean Lidl the food store. We have what they call “middle at Lidl” which is all the different goodies in the middle isle. I got my brushes from there and also some canvases too …. Fab store xx
DeleteWow!! well done your new craft room looks so user friendly. Enjoy working away there every day . Hugs Lyn
ReplyDeleteBeautiful floor and room. Ruby looks happy there is still room for a bed for someone very special.

Thanks for giving us all a peek at your renovated craft room. So organised, and such a lovely space.
ReplyDeleteNormally the Christmas break is my time to have a good clean-up of my craft room. Unfortunately that did not happen this year. Hopefully your video will give me the kick-along to have a go this weekend.
Enjoy your updated space, and hugs to Ruby.
cheers

Looks great, so nicely organized too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a dream craft room Christina so neat and tidy, makes me feel ashamed of mine. I remember you and Griff creating this room and it has turned out amazing, you get so much use of it too, and the lovely Ruby doo looks so happy with it, he looks really proud. Love all your space saving ideas, and organisation. Love Anne Owens xxx thanks for the tour xx
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful room and so organized. Make me ashamed mine is so disorganized...but not due to space...but because I've not put anything away. I best get busy! Congrats on your beautiful flooring and room.
ReplyDeleteA great change, so organized and tidy! Love your new floor. I might borrow some of your storage ideas. Thank you for the tour and inspiration.
ReplyDeleteHappy crafting!
Stay safe and healthy.

Wonderful Christina. If only I could keep mine organised like yours but with limited time I never seem to get to tidy up.
ReplyDeleteYou’ve certainly given me a few ideas though. Enjoy your room x

Hi Christina, great craft room, I wish mine was that tidy. Pats to Ruby.

What a gorgeous room!! Mine is a lot smaller, but you have some very good ideas there. Like the table on wheels. That's a great storage idea, and it can be rolled aside, when you need more space. I will certainly want something like it. Love our floor! And of course Ruby <3
