Easel Card |
Here are the other circle cards made in the vidoe from Tuesday and I think they are all really pretty cards.
Each one will need a box to be made for it as the depth of the flowers doesn't allow it to be placed in an envelope.
But they will obviously go to someone special and so it will be well worth it when they are ready.
I have prepped the next video and it will be on the same idea of using one set of dies and getting different looks for the cards and next time it will be squares.

I hope you can join me then and maybe give some of them a try with the dies that you already have
So I took a stencil and with some pink ink I added random areas on the background and that made me happier.
Have you started to re visit your older dies again to see what you can do with them.??
Die cutting has always been my favourite technique because it is so quick and easy and the work is done for you. It is simply playing with the die cuts until you get something that please your eye.
Bye for now ...
Hugs xx

Beautiful cards Christina . I particularly like the pink one .

A girl after my own heart. My favourite is also dies as I can’t even cut a straight line!!! I do like today’s offerings very much. Janet Boyne

ReplyDeleteHi Christina. Like you, die cutting is my favourite technique too and I’ve got quite a few square dies so I’m really looking forward to your next video! Having said that, I haven’t played with the circles yet, just been too busy🥴 but I will get round to it soon, I hope!

Hi Christina
ReplyDeleteYou have given me some encouragement to get my dies out - have been more into stamping these days so I think it's time for something different for a change. My preferred one is the blue one but both are stunning.
Hugs and best wishes

ReplyDeleteLove the design on the circles, and the cards have lovely details! Whoever received them will certainly be wowed by the dimension and pretty flowers and butterflies!
ReplyDeleteI really like the use you have made with the circle dies. Clever and inspirational Marilyn Coombs
ReplyDeleteYes I agree too much white space sometimes, beautiful cards and will really be appreciated by the eventual owner. I only have basic circle dies I love the fanciest on these.

ReplyDeletewhat an awesome gift this is. christi neal
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards indeed, love your color combo and clever use of the dies. I hesitate to use dies because of difficulty to cut through paper properly.

both so pretty, great examples of using the circle die differently
