ReplyDeleteLoving the difference in expressions from US and Britain, it can be rather funny. At first glance when you said "After a bit of a lie in this morning", I took it as "You were going to tell a small fib this morning". In TX we would say, "after sleeping in a little late". Sure bet us Texans say some strange things to ya'll.
