Thank you ALL so much for your concern about me being ill and I am glad to say that I am on the mend.
The chest infection that I have is really exhausting and of course as I lay down I started to cough again and so I have lost a lot of sleep.
I got some antibiotics from the doctor and this is now the third day of taking them and I do feel better.... but my voice has gone ... which Griff says is no bad thing!!
I was hoping to get lots of new videos done but there is no way you would be able to hear me on the film so I gave that up as a bad job for now.
Losing my voice though has not stopped me typing and so todays Friday Freebie card is here.
It is a little unusual in that it has the background done on acetate with alcohol refills

ReplyDeleteI'm so pleased that the Meds are kicking in and you're beginning to feel better. I know just how you feel about losing sleep due to the cough getting worse when you try to lay down. Hopefully you'll soon be able to have a good night's rest again.
We all would have understood you taking a few days away from the blog and I'm sure we're delighted that you can still type, even if you can't talk. Word of warning, don't try to rushelp the speaking. I did once and ended up off work for a month with a notepad...I guess being a telephonist put a damper on trying to work through it lol.
It's a beautiful card today, what a lovely change from sell the winter ones that are around right now, I'm sure we all want to win it.
