Todays card is a stamped Bebunni image from Crafters Companion
It has been achieved with the Spectrum Noir ... CR4 CR6 CR11 to get the shading on the heart ... and then a plain and simple HB pencil.
Just a pencil ... and we all have those lying around.
By varying the pressure on the lead the different shades can be added and then with a paper stump I blended the shades.
I lightly went around the image with the pencil and then used my finger to simply smudge the shadow.
The result is quite pretty and I made it into a card using some papers that came free with a magazine.
But after all this coloring and a distinct lack of flowers on yesterdays card I think I shall have to revert back to my comfort zone and get busy
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx

Wonderful card! Quite amazing that you achieved that look simply from a pencil!
ReplyDeleteHi Christina. I watch your lovely videos all of the time. You are so inspiring. I love the background music and you voice is very calming. MI believe your card are the most beautiful I have ever seen. I have made several and would like to have all of the dies that you have so I could make them all. Just amazing. My question is. Could you tell me where you get your tiny sentiments that you put in the small tags on your cards. I have tried to find them online but to no avail. I love all of your small sayings that you stamp on the tags and small spaces on the cards. Thank you for everything you do for us. I live in the USA. is there any from here
