Todays card is a round easel card and to this I have added some of the foamiran flowers created a before Christmas.
The dies that have been used to make the card and some Nesting Alternate Stitched dies that are going to be launched on Create and Craft this coming Friday with Ruth Mackie McCarten.
I hope you will be able to join her as she shows you some of the ways in which all these dies can be used, and they will form some of the basics core dies that you may need in your collections
As for the flowers that have been made from Foamiran, well I think they look really good and I will be adding many more as we go along, and they are quite easy to make.
The centres of these flowers have been inked with lilac stamens pushed into them. You could add anything you liked to the centre of the flowers, gemstones, pearls, another small flower, buttons or you could simply leave them open as you wish. Make them as personal as you like to add to your own projects.
And here is little snippet of news ... there is something really new and exciting on the way from Craft Stash that is sure to benefit you all.
Stay tuned as more details are made available and I will be sure to keep you all up to date.

For my first card of the year I have used the Altenew Craft A Flower layering die set called Sulfer Cosmos, that produces two different flowers, and I really love this set.
The dies are easy to layer as they have symbols on them not that makes it easy to follow the diagram.
I have used pink card for my flowers and inked the centre of the petals with a darker pink ink.
With fine liner pen I drew in the feint black lines and under some of the petals I have added small foam pads to give some dimension.
Then every flowers has been covered with Accent Glaze from Made To Surprise and sprinkled with glitter. This gives them a lovely shine .
I have used other die cuts that are on my desk, left over from other projects, to add more interest to the card.
I will be using this flower over and over again in the future as I love the effect that it gives

Here we are just a few days before Christmas and I don't know where this year has gone. And this weeks offering is a bumper gift that is very heavy.
This will be my Christmas gift to one lucky person as this one is so special
There are two magazines in this pack and a really beautiful foiled paper pack that has everything in it.
You will be able to make some gorgeous cards with this pack that will see you through the year for lots of different occasions.
If you would like to have this pack then all you need to do is leave me a comment at the end of the post with your FULL NAME.
Be sure to come back and check if it is your name that is shown as I have no way to chase you up if you don't. Should the gift not be claimed then it will be offered again at a later date.

The top pink layer has been run through the machine in the Perfect Roses embossing folder to add some more texture to the design.
The silver circle frames have been cut in two different sizes with the flowers, and a mixture of different coloured leaves, added randomly to the front.
The circle dies are a new addition to the Card Making Magic range and they are an Alternate Stitched Nesting set and they will be with you in January.
The sentiment is from my stash but this card could be for any occasion you wishes.
It will of course need a box to give it in as the depth is far too much for an envelope. But it is a pretty card that is sure to please someone in the future when it is given.
I am having fun creating these flowers and it is easy to sit in front of the TV in the evening and die cut them out. I can colour them and make them up whenever I am ready to add some more to my creations.

HI Everybody,
The Blog Hop is still LIVE and so there is still the chance for you to win one of the £25 vouchers that are being offered by Craft Stash.
The winners will be announced next week and I will add the names to a blog post and on Facebook.
In the meantime here is the video for you to watch if you missed the hop last Friday, and you can still leave your comment, like and subscribe to the channel to be in with that chance
These yellow roses are made from Foamiran and I used the largest die from the Layered Flowers die set to create them in many layers.
The foam I have used is from Craft Stash and there is a good choice of both foam and the stamens to go in the centre of any type of flower that you make.
The edges of these roses have been inked in orange, dabbed with glue and then sprinkled with glitter for lovely sparkly effect.
I have used a left over die cut that I found on my desk and added it to the background for a little extra effect.
