Pretty Hearts card in pale green and white with a lovely verse on the front from Lili of the Valley and there are several on an A5 clear stamp sheet
This is one of the cards that I made for Craft Stash and this is the Detailed Heart
I have cut the die twice and layered it onto some plain card then carefully cut around it to give an extra layer
The crochet lace matches in with t the colour scheme and on each of the dots in the paper I have added a small self adhesive pearl
The white ribbon is from Mei Flower and the centre to the knot is from Wild Orchid Crafts
There is a strip of pearls from Want2Scrap along the edge of the card and I have rounded the outside corners to the card
Makes a change from a red Valentines Day card and it could be used all year round
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx

ReplyDeleteHi Christina, a really lovely card, love the hearts and the verse and I do thank you for giving their details out too. I could spot one of your cards out of a crowd because of the perfect way you finish your cards, the pearls scattered over the card are a perfect example of what I mean. X Ros
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Christina :) Beautiful Card This Morning! Love the sentiment! Enjoy a lovely day. Big Hugs.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty card .
ReplyDeleteHi, Christina,
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card. The colour on my laptop is a bit 'off' and until I enlarged the picture the card looked a bit on the grey side. It's a great shade of green though, nice and gentle. I like the extra layer you put behind the hearts...I wouldn't have thought of that.
I hope the weather is being kind to you up in Blackpool today. I went to town for the first time in about two weeks because the sun was shining and there was a clear blue sky. By the time the bus got into town, only about a ten minute trip, the sky was full of dark grey clouds and just as I came out of a shop the heavens opened...with a heavy hail storm! Boy, did they hurt my head when they hit. The pavement got very crunchy and quite slippery so I headed for the post office to shelter until it stopped...then the sun came out again. The weather down here has been more than a bit weird for days now. What fun!

What a lovely card, Christina. A little muted in colour which is just how I like them. Thank you for sharing another great idea.
ReplyDeleteA great card, of course I haven't seen anything from you that hasn't been fantastic! I love the soft color and the shabby effect from the ruffle.
