Todays card is using the same leaf dies as yesterday but this tine I have added in some flowers for a little more pzazz.
These die cuts can be varied a lot by simply changing the colour of the leaves and adding in some different flowers.
This one is in peach and blends with the leaves beautifully and the embossing folder is the very old Need A Rope from Spellbinders.
It has been added to some gold mirror card to leave just a small border around the edge and that goes well with the gold on the leaves.
Little pearls have been added to the card front as a finishing touch and I am really pleased with the end result.
I have only used items that I already have and nothing new has been bought to create this card.
The old book I used cost me pennies years ago and can be used in a multitude of ways and this is something I will do again in another style..
I am adding the link to the video again in case you missed it when it was added yesterday
Bye for now ...

Morning - I like today’s card better than yesterday’s. Must just be the addition of the flowers. Have a nice day. Janet Boyne
ReplyDeleteUnusual I don’t use leaves a lot on their own, perhaps I should.

Hi Christina. Been trying to comment on yesterday's post but keep telling me it's an error. Love the cards with leaf and equally love the cards with flowers with them. Very nice. Hoping that you all have had a good day x
ReplyDeleteThe little pizazz with flowers makes a really nice difference. It becomes one of the cards you are famous for.

Hi Christina, the addition of the flowers definitely give this card that extra something.

Good Evening Christina. Another lovely card today and I love how you have made them feminine with the flowers today. It just goes to show how versatile we all work... using the same tools in different ways. Thankyou.
