Easter will soon be with us and it doesn't seem two minutes ago since it was Christmas.
So just to be awkward I decided to make this card into a birthday one and I used the daffodils from Altenew that were the gift with Simply Cards & Papercraft a few weeks ago
They make really pretty cards and are so easy to put together and of course you can make them any colour you like.
I also used the papers from the pack because they are bight and cheerful.
I am hoping the weather gets better for the holidays too so that Ruby and I can enjoy long walks on the beach together.
More tomorrow ...
Hugs xx
Daffodils are always lovely- a sign of better days to come. Weather a bit warmer this week - sea breezes may feel different! ( I am only 5 miles from the north sea )xxx
ReplyDeleteVery pretty card Christina, just love daffs.

Great idea for a birthday card, my hubby loves daffodils although his birthday is in January he would love a card like this.
ReplyDeleteHopefully we're off to our caravan at Challaborough Devon the weekend walking on the beach with friends and doggies xx
Hello Christina,
ReplyDeleteYou've given us a pretty, uplifting Spring time card today. I hope you manage to get out with Ruby, we've had a lovely warm day today - but will it last?

Good Afternoon Christina.I love this card. And you know what I bought this magazine with the free die just after you demonstrated it a few weeks ago. I made a really lovely card for my friend. So Thankyou Christina. Because this card is so lovely as well. I will recreate it with a few twists and turns to make it slightly different from yours. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds

Beautiful card, thanks Christina. Diana xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Christina
ReplyDeleteLove your card and like you I love this die. I have made a couple of cards using it but although my husband loves daffodils I refrained from making him a birthday card with it because he would class it as too fussy for him
Hugs and best wishes

ReplyDeleteI love it when spring flowers, including daffodils, start blooming! It just seems to make everything in the world so happy & cheerful again!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a beautiful & cheerful card!! Daffodils, and any flowers in general, are perfect for a birthday card!! Also, just because you used the daffodils on a birthday card this time, it doesn't mean that you can always make an Easter card also with daffodils.
