Cream and White

Hi Everybody,

This lovely cream and white card was one that I added to my Etsy Shop   and it sold straight away.

There is a permanent link to Etsy in the side bar should you want a peak !!

The front  of this card is embossed and layered with  Cream Centura Pearl  and I have added  Want2Scrap   pearls around the edges

The silver sentiment is cut from the Tattered Lace Sentiments die.

The large Diamante and pearl centre piece is from The Hobby House

The trellis pattern at the bottom of the card is from Stamps by Chloe

The inside is lined and embossed with a Crafters Companion A4 folder and it is a deep pattern that goes perfectly with this card.

The flowers are a selection from   Wild Orchid Crafts   and just nine flowers have added such elegance to the look.

Just imagine how far the "Give Away" prize is going to go using just a selection at a time.

If you would like to win some WOC flowers then add your name to the list to be in with one of two chances to win the

Click the link ... you have until Saturday to enter and then the draw takes place.

I have noticed a lot of new names to the growing list for this prize and so "Hello Ladies" glad to have you on board,  I hope you will become regular followers and pop back often.

And can I tell you please that there is also my Website for you to visit   ..... Card Making Magic  and there are lots of projects, card ideas and video tutorials on there to keep you entertained.

New Video ...

Hi Everybody,

We all love our dies and not just Spellbinders ... and we all know how important it is to look after them properly.

And so I have just added a little video on
and maybe the tips can help you decide what to do with your own.

Perhaps you have wall space that you can utilise as I have done.

Or maybe you just want to keep them in the rigid folders that  you can buy.

But by far the cheapest way is to make use of the packaging that they came in in the first place and a piece of magnetic sheeting stuck or stapled inside.

Wishes ...

Hi Everybody,

Todays' card is all about Spectrum Noir and I have used a wonderful image from Saturated Canary.

This was the image that was available for making a donation to the charity that Krista was supporting... and I did post about it on Facebook.

Colors used ...
Skin FS2, FS3, CR2, TN2
Hair/Boots TN2, TN3, GB1
Dress/Ribbons JG1, JG2, JG4

The card is just an  A4 sheet folded in half and panels added to the front.

The Organza ribbon is from my "Stash" and is wrapped around the layered panels with a double bow added.

I used my Wooden Bow Maker for this and it is available to buy in My Shop

The beautiful pearl flourish is from Want2Scrap and by cutting up a larger piece you can make it go further

The flowers are some from Wild Orchid Crafts   and are a mixture of Chrysanthemums, Roses and Carnations.  If you pop over to buy from WOC then tell them  you came from Christina

And if you would like the chance to win some then ....  add your name to the list

There are two chances to win and the  draw will take place on Saturday

3-D Folder ...

Hi Everybody,

I bought the 3-D M-Bossabilities at the GNPE and I promised to show you what it looked like once made up.

It is called Roman Romance and I think it is lovely and you can see the pattern at the bottom of the card.

I have added large pearls under the ribbon and a Wild Orchid Crafts   flower to the centre of the bow.

And just one of the flowers can make all the difference.
I can't show you a list of the dies used but the lacy top to the card was produced by the  Becca Feeken  Filigree Corner  from Sunrise Crafts ... the link will take you to the die.

The ribbon is some I bought at another crafts show.

I have made a triple bow with tails and the tutorial Using a Bow Maker will show you how I did it.

And the bow makers are available in My Shop
The inside of the card is lined and embossed .

Have you added your name to the list to win the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers yet???

Here is the link  and you have two chances to win some gorgeous blooms.

All the instructions are there for you so Good Luck !!

Todays the Day ....

Hi Everybody,

This is the prize I have been teasing you about this last few days.

It has been very kindly supplied by Paul and Siri Bridger from  Wild Orchid Crafts

I know you are ALL going to want to win.

There's not  one  but TWO  chances to win these fabulous flowers and they are a prize well worth having.

Just think of all the cards that you will be able to decorate with these beautiful blooms.

So lets go through what you need to do to be in with a chance to win them.... so please read this it is important.

You need to be a follower of this Blog please and it would be nice if you left me a comment.

I want to keep it as fair as I can so one entry is all you can make.

And please add your real name in full then we know who you are should you win.

That saves any problems for people with the same initials

Should you be one of the winners then you will need to keep an eye on your inbox as you will get an email from InLinkz telling you that you have won.  And you will have a few days in which to claim the prizes ... or they will go to someone else.

I will also be told who has won and you will need to email me ... christina@card-making-magic.com  ... with your land address

I am adding  this so that we don't get the same mix up as last time AND I will repeat it as the prize is drawn to make double sure.

So if you would like to win one of these prizes ....
