Beautiful Card Designs Made Easy

November 15, 2020

Winner

 Hi Everybody,

What a week this has been .... not only do my legs and my hips not work as they should but to top it all on Monday my TV stopped functioning correctly too. Then Tuesday Sky locked me out of my Blog and I couldn’t  access it at all and then Wednesday my phone had a wobbler too.

Now have you ever tired to get hold of Sky ??  It’s a nightmare believe me and you spend most of the time going round in circles and the rest of it on hold. They must be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Eventually I got to speak to some one. But I had to spend almost three hours on the phone to Sky to try and sort out my problem and although they rang me they charged me £50 for the call.

The outcome of all this is that I had to have a new aerial for the TV, my blog got sorted ... at a cost,  and my phone is very sick so I had to have a new one. Boy am I glad this week is done with.

Still the draw for the prize from Friday has been done and the winner this week is

Debbie Chantry

Would you email me your postal address please to

and it will be on its way to you. Please let me know when you have it safely and I hope you enjoy playing with it.

Winner

 Hi Everybody,

So today the sun has go his hat on and is streaming in through my window. It makes everything look so much more cheerful when it shines and puts people in a much better frame of mind. I have a garden too, although it is only postage stamp size, but it  means that at least I can get outside for some fresh air.

Ruby likes to go outside too but at the moment she is very reluctant to get out of bed.

So I have done the draw for yesterday’s offering of the Bee Collection and this is really a super prize.

The winner this week is

Jenny Cottam

Please would you email me your postal address to

christina@card-making-magic.com

and the pack will be on its way to you straight away.

Would you let me know when you have it safely and I hope you enjoy playing with it.

Friday Freebie - Honey Bee

Hi Everybody,

So today I have added in all the Friday Freebies all the way up to Christmas and you have some really good things to look forward too.

But don't be fooled into thinking that I have been up at 6am every morning to do them.
Nope !! they are all scheduled coz I am lazy .

This one is called Honey Bee and it comes with Die Cutting Essentials

There are two large corner dies that can be cut either in or out of the card. And by snipping into the die  you can produce your own swarm of bees.

The magazine will give you lots more ideas and inspiration as you enjoy your favourite beverage

So if this is a gift that you would like to have then all you need to do is leave me a comment with your FULL NAME. Then be sure to come back and check if it is your name that is shown as the winner over the weekend.

It doesn't matter if you have won before you can still enter for the next one and I am happy to send it to you at my expense. I just ask that you add your full name and that you let me know when you have the gift in your little hands.

Another Rose Card ...

 Hi Everybody,

For this card I have used the Rose Filigree Frame set again as it just happens to be one of my favourite dies at present

I have added it to a square card base and for the background I have used a woodgrain stamp that I have had for quite some time.

I used lots of different shades of brown to stamp it out and that gives a sort of graduated look to the wood.

The flowers have been created with two shades of the same colour to add darkness to the centres.

I showed you in a video the other day how I did these and it is so  .... easy peasy

The card can be for any occasion you like  and I have added lots of flowers to mine, after shaping them a little with the ball tool., and I have also added some clear glitter pen to them as a little extra.

It looks quite a pretty card and I would be happy to get a card like this
